For every successful hotel – the restaurant’s cuisine is the key to the hearts of visitors. Restaurant Vintage Nouveau – a unique place on the gastronomic map of Ukraine. To meet the refined desires each of our visitors, we at Vintage Nouveau use a variety of advanced technologies to not only surprise with a variety of tastes but also to provide healthy and quality food. We use rare local Ukrainian products, and for many years the restaurant has been working according to the principles of Slow Food, supporting Ukrainian producers.
Among the unique technologies, the Vintage Nouveau restaurant uses the only rotary evaporator in Ukrainian restaurants to produce flavor and aroma essences, and the kitchen team is successfully experimenting with fermentation. We are one of the first who started using in Ukraine food colors, as well as the production of unique crockery and cutlery according to the chef’s sketches.
We carefully monitor that the menu is updated four times a year, depending on the seasons.

For the Vintage Nouveau restaurant, Yuri Kovrizhenko is the man who gave rise to the new unique cuisine – an avant-garde fusion with elements of modern gastronomy. Our boss not only creates within the walls of the restaurant but also represents Ukraine at many international congresses and summits, introducing the world to the new author’s Ukrainian cuisine.
Of the numerous restaurant awards, we should outline the following: two glasses of the international wine guide Wine Spectator, two premiums “Sol” in 2016 and 2017 and the international award Global Chef Award.
